Notes

She was used for to assess effectiveness of air-conditioning system and to solve some problems on fuel system. She can be considered as the 1st production aircraft because she was delivered to Aeroflot and equipped for commercial use.

On December 26, 1975, she made the first operational flight of a Tu-144 between Moscow and Alma-Ata with cargo and mail.

This aircraft performed the first land on a dirt runway of a SST the day when she was retired to Monino.

After she was repainted in 2019, the aircraft 04-1 looks like in her better times. In recent years CCCP-77106 has undergone a meticulous restoration process that has allowed many of its systems to be operational again.
